The landscape design of the land lot of 6 812 square meters contains three main zones. The main entrance area includes a spacious lawn which opens a perspective view of the central entrance, a chiseled classic gazebo surrounded with flower beds growing “tea” grasses and evenly cut thuya as a unique railing planted along the service house.
The second zone surrounds a small chalet-style house. An alpine garden is located to the left of the house and includes a small waterfall and mountain plants. A hump-backed forged bridge leads to the terrace at the house and the pond. The pond bottom is laid with large stones. Water lilies and bulrush are planted around the pond.
The third zone is a spacious family kitchen garden. Fresh vegetables may be planted both on the open seed beds and in the hothouse. The garden has a small lodge to keep tools. An orchard with apple trees, pears and cherries and currant shrubs is adjacent to the vegetable plot.
Multiple flower beds and roseries surround the house and decorate multiple terraces and doorsteps.
